A relatively quiet week for the market, at least for crypto standards. At the start of the week Bitcoin ETFs saw a total inflow of over $217m, dramatically tailing off in the following days. Bitcoin also reached a new milestone of 1 billion transactions, 800 weeks after it was launched on Jan 3, 2009.

Investment management firm Vaneck has launched a “MEMECOIN” index, monitoring the performance of the leading six meme coins with Dogecoin (DOGE, available on Metal Pay) the predominant coin in the index holding a weight of 30.64%
